Summary
Confidence affirmation to believe in yourself. You'll be guided in a meditation repeating an empowering affirmation to truly believe in yourself. You'll repeat the affirmation using the power of your voice and intention to absorb the affirmation to your very core. This is part 2 of a 7-part meditation series on Confidence. | 1:15.6 | meditate, let's start to relax your body. Relax your face and your jaw. Close your eyes gently and lift them just slightly upward to keep your thoughts boosted. |
| 1:33.6 | Relax your neck and your throat. Feel it soften. Relax your shoulders and your chest. |

| 1:51.0 | Relax your stomach, let it hang out. |
| 1:55.0 | Soften your stomach so you can oxygenate your entire body. |
| 1:59.0 | As soon as you suck it in, that creates anxiety in your body. |

| 2:41.0 | Your breath tells you what kind of a state you're in, what kind of mood you're in. |
