permission to slow down and connect to the best part of who you are. In today's guided meditation,

about confidence now you may wonder how can meditation help you to become more

confident well meditation is one of the best ways to feel more

confident because when you meditate, it takes confidence. You have to show up for yourself.

There's so many other things that you could be doing right now. So many distractions. And here you are sitting down, showing up for yourself,

and tapping into your true inner nature. So as you meditate more consistently and as you

develop a ritual, the more confident you become because you have more clarity and focus and energy and you have more peace.

And those are wonderful qualities that others notice about you and they feel more confident being

in your presence and that in turn helps you to feel more confident.
