Intrepid news anchor Ed Schultz.

But first, I talk with prophetic comedian

and accomplished actor Rick Overton.

You might know him from scene-stealing moments

in your favorite films like Groundhog Day and Willow

or TV shows like Veep, and I'm Dying Up Here.

But he's also been a political stand-up comic for his entire adult life and even won an Emmy

for his writing on Dennis Miller Live on HBO.

I'm proud to call him somewhat of a mentor as well.
