much so can i ask firstly uh if i'll start with you chris when did you first discover the beetles

ah um well i think that probably all started around 1970 um so i'm i'm 54 my parents were both from liver Liverpool, so a big sort of Liverpool connection there.

And I have a very vivid memory, not for Beatles actually.

The first one was the scaffold being played on a radiogram.

So that was obviously Paul's brother, Mike and Roger

McGoff and John Gorman. But my dad was a newspaper journalist and interviewed them. My elder

brother had the white album in, I think, about 1970, and we shared a bedroom.
