Brian was visiting his hometown of Carrolton, Georgia, when he failed to appear at a routine appointment at Probate Court one morning. A neighbor reported seeing him in his garage the night before, but the next morning, both Brian and his vehicle were gone. Three months later, Brian’s Buick was found in a different state with stolen plates, but since then the trail has gone cold.
