0:38.4	am back in Los Angeles this week and I got a chance to sit down with a new
0:43.4	friend of mine, extremely talented guy. A guy that I was immediately drawn to
0:48.4	because I saw him do a live Poetry Slam session at an event and his art form,
0:56.8	his stage presence, his performance, his lyrics were just so inspiring to me that
1:02.4	I said, Hey man, I got to get you on the show. So luckily we got him here in the
1:06.7	studio. His name's Adam in Q and he's a really interesting guy. He is a Los
1:12.7	Angeles-based rapper, actor, teacher, songwriter, and award-winning spoken word
1:19.0	artist. And his work has been featured on HBO's Deaf Poetry Jam, two seasons of
1:25.1	versus in flow, the Discovery Channel, the Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, EA Sports,
1:29.8	ABC, NBC, and Annie. And again, he's the National Poetry Slam Champion. So I'm
1:35.6	very excited to dive into this. We're going to cover a lot of different things.

1:44.2	were pretty cool when he when he starts and dives into those. And you're going to
