So what has the off-season program look like for you?

What have you thought, what have been your impressions of everything you've been working on over the course the last few months? It's been amazing. Honestly, just being out here

amongst my teammates, coaches, and just being around the staff here in the building, getting

better, getting stronger with Scott in the weight room. And then I feel like getting smarter on the

field, working with Mike, Zio, and company. So I think it's really great and I think there's a lot of great things in

store and I'm excited for them. So you were here when this thing started back in April,

you know, you were here from the start and not every guy is here. It's voluntary,

up until, you know, before mandatory minicamp, obviously,

but you were here. Why did that, why was it something that you felt like you wanted to be here

from the start and to be consistent throughout this whole process? I think there's a variety

of reasons. Honestly, one, I love ball. I love being around the guys and I want to get better

and there's always room for improvement and there's things that I want to get better. And there's always room for improvement.

And there's things that I want to work on personally to take my game to the next level.

And I felt like being here that was going to help enhance that.

So I'm like, how can I turn down an opportunity to get better?

I'm always looking for that room.

Well, this will be your first training camp coming up with the Ravens.

Last year was unusual for you.

You got traded mid-season, came here to ground.
