0:15.4	I certainly believe that these technology, certainly AI and genomics, genetics revolution
0:21.2	aren't going to fundamentally transform our lives.
0:24.4	But everybody needs to be part of the conversation about how.
0:28.4	Everybody needs to have enough information so that they can have a dialogue with people

0:35.2	What are you doing?
0:36.2	What are you doing to help us prepare for this future that's going to be so, so different?
0:40.9	I mean, then that's the basic big picture story of all of this is we are developing the
0:48.6	capacity to read, write and hack biology, all of biology, including our own.
0:54.7	The human body is just massively complex.
0:58.4	Right now we're transitioning from the world of generalized healthcare based on population

1:03.3	If you go to the doctor, your doctor will treat you because you're a human, but we're
1:06.5	moving toward the world of precision medicine based on your individual biology.
1:11.6	And so increasingly, and it will happen more in the future, you'll go and your doctor
1:16.2	will say, well, based on you being you, we're going to give you this treatment for your
1:20.9	disease, which if you had a different biology, we would treat differently.
1:25.1	And what this is going to mean is that everybody is going to have their genome sequence because
1:29.8	the cost I said it went from a billion dollars to eight hundred dollars, it's going to be
