1:12.6 | relief. And we don't want to be flippant about this, but just something that is going to make |
1:16.7 | you smile, listen to some comedy podcasts, that friend, when you have a coffee with them, you |
1:21.9 | always come away and you just, you know, like, they kind of, you feel a bit more uplifted and |
1:25.8 | you feel just a bit better because of it. |
1:30.0 | So can you take your lunch breaks more diligently? |
1:34.6 | Anything like that that's just going to give you that kind of moment of feeling a bit better in your day. |
