I know. I think I'm like taking a deep breath before we do it. But it's actually sort of listener requested. So I think it is a, we know that it's very relevant for at least one person who's listening right now.

But when we look at some of the data, we know I think this is relevant for one in 10 people at work right now.

So we're going to talk about how to cope and stay confident in a toxic situation. And that toxic situation could be anything from a toxic individual.

So someone you work with who you kind of feel like,

actually this is really, this is kind of gone beyond being a bit challenging, but kind of really feels like it's starting to probably dominate your thoughts and your days.

Could be a manager, but also it could be a peer, could be someone in a different team. Maybe it's a toxic team. So you feel like the team that you're in kind of really is working against rather than

for you. And it could be a toxic culture or a kind of company or even sometimes a community

or a network can become toxic. All of it is bad. There is no upside. You know, there's no silver lining coming

unfortunately today. So we can't kind of go, oh, but the good news is you're going to learn this and

this is going to get better. I think this is hard. This is one of those naughty moments in your

squiggly careers that is difficult. I think it does happen to everyone. Like we could both think of
