Summary

Have you heard of neuroplasticity? In simple terms, it's the brain's ability to change and adapt due to experience.

In more complex terms, it's the ability of neural networks in the brain to change through growth and reorganization. These changes range from individual neuron pathways making new connections to systematic adjustments like cortical remapping or neural oscillation.

What it means for us is that when we feel stuck, we can break free by challenging ourselves to do something different, which in turn rewires our brains. Cool, right?

My guest today helps people rewire their brains through a process she calls Core Wound Mapping. JJ Flizanes works with conscious, spiritual truth-seekers who want to remove emotional blocks to success. She helps people identify sabotaging patterns and transmute struggle into joy.

In this episode, JJ shares that by discovering our core wounds, which usually occur in childhood, we can rewire our brains as adults and break free of old wounds and patterns that are holding us prisoner.

This is a two-part episode. Part One is my interview with JJ, and in part two, I am volunteering as tribute! That's right, I'm getting vulnerable. You'll hear JJ take me through a process of uncovering my core wounds and give me some advice on how to let go of the past and move forward with grace and ease and show up better in the world for myself and others.

If you like this content, JJ does have a free event where you can learn more. It's an online summit - mark your calendars for April 17th and 18th for her Consciousness Upgrade Summit. Go to theconsciousnessupgrade.com for your free ticket or use code ALLI to save $200 on the All Exclusive Pass, which means you'll get access to the recordings forever.
