Hello there. How are you? Good. It's been a while. It has been a while. Yeah. Yeah. And you have big news in your life.

I do. I am moving west to Boulder area. Yeah. From Maryland. It's a big move.

It's a huge move. And I have been going through all the emotions of that actually over the last couple of days because it's so exciting and I can't wait and I know it's all going to be great.

But there's a lot of, I guess I'm feeling like a sense of loss for giving up my network here.

Yeah. Question of the sanity of that, you know, but I'm trying, I think that's normal. And I remind myself that good things come with risk. So yeah, things come with risk. I like that.

So I never occurred to me. Are you a native of Maryland? No, but I have been here pretty much the vast majority of my adult life. So it really feels like home. I think, you know, as you can relate it as everyone can relate once you raise your kids in a place, it becomes home, you know.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, so if you would share a little bit about why you are making the move.

This sounds like my therapy session yesterday.

You know, I have, I have always, always loves Colorado and felt very called to it and felt very called to the mountains.

And you know, if I were to pick a spot in the entire country where I also have a network of people, not, not not the deep ties that I have here, but I have ties in that area, that would be it.

So I don't start from complete zero. And you know, my kids are really excited about it too, which is, which is helpful. I would not have done this because Audrey still has a couple years of high school to go.
