We get these same questions. So, Allie, tell us the first question. All right, we're going to get back to the basics. This person says, on your podcast, you always talk about healing your body through fasting. I just don't get how all this works. It sounds really vague. Can you please explain? So my answer to this is that fasting is so healing for your body. And if you think about it, it's a chance for you to give your body a rest. Like everyone needs a vacation, right?
