I'm doing real good today, Jay. Thanks for having me on. I'm looking forward to this.

Yeah, you know, buddy, this is kind of that time of year that I know as Elk Hunters, you and I, we always look forward to, but it's always kind of this

time frame, you know, about 15 days out, so to speak, from, you know, the magical month of September,

when we're thinking and trying to get all our stuff

done for elk all we can think about is elk but there's lots of other things with

other businesses and stuff we got going that we know we got to you know get all that stuff done

before we can enjoy the elp bugling I'm sure you're kind of in the same state of

mind that I'm in is that is that safe assumption? Yes absolutely Jay I feel like I'm going five different directions at once but what I look forward to the most about elk season these days and elk camp is that it just feels like a vacation to me anymore.

I mean, you know, I'm not hard and I take it it serious but I like to have fun and you know the day

that it becomes not fun anymore is the day that I'm going to reconsider doing it but

I do I just really view it as just a get away from life and I just

would happen more often but I guess it wouldn't be so special to us if we could do

it all the time.

Yeah you know someone's asked me before, they're like,

don't you wish Elk bugled all year long?

And you know, at first I was like, yeah, that would be incredible.

But actually I've kind of changed my answer and it's like no I kind of

like it that it's about a you know 30 to 45 day type of window and you know obviously

you with your elk operation in Colorado you sometimes get a 60 day window, you know a little bit more opportunity but the reality is if they bugled all the time and we got to interact and you know do everything that we do in September it
