0:37.2	passengers who were on Norwegian breakaway during the bomb cyclone.
0:41.1	And I asked you if you thought the passengers deserved compensation or not.

0:49.2	And 67 of you said that the passengers should not get any compensation because weather happens.

1:00.2	I was talking to ABC Action News meteorologist Greg D earlier today asking how these storms compare against the hurricane, and this is what he told me.
1:07.5	Doug, they don't form the same way hurricanes do, but they can produce some of the same
1:11.1	results. That could include wind gusts well in excess of tropical storm force, maybe even to hurricane
