For those of you out there, it's an amazing investment, but it's not only investment,

it's a business. And once you start looking at it as a business and a scalable business on

top of that, you're going to be saying to yourself, like I said to myself, what took me so long

to look at this vehicle? Don't say to yourselves, oh, I can never own an apartment complex.

I don't have the money. I don't have the resources. Well,

that's what I thought. And when I learned all about seller financing or I learned about

syndications where you could raise money for deals, well, the game was completely changed.

I love that concept because if I can just move the needle a little bit on the bottom line,

I have an exponential effect on the valuation on the top end, and so I can build equity faster, and I don't have

to wait for the market to respond. I control my destiny. Welcome everybody to another Main Street
