Hot on the heels of National Diabetes Month, there is a new study that has shown

0:16.0

exercising before eating breakfast can actually improve how your body responds to insulin.

0:23.6

Now, okay, I know National Diabetes Month is all but over, but I could not let it pass

1:58.9

effect on their health.
