almost 4 a.m. in the morning.

You may or may not know here in Hawaii.

My best friend is here visiting and I'm spending as much

time as I possibly can with him and in my time in between and when I can find time

when I'm not hanging out with him I am recording shows and trying to do as much content as I can but mostly

right now I'm in a period where I'm just hanging out with my best friend. However, I woke up early, here

we are 4 a.m. Let's talk about sports. I want to start with something that is not sports related and I

want to be careful here. My philosophy of strong opinion sports is that I wanted to be a positive show.

I want it to be a break from the harsh reality of the world.

I do not like talking about anything that isn't related directly to sports. It's just not what I do. There have been a lot of stories that I have completely ignored.

Knowing full well that I'd probably make a lot of money talking about them because I just don't want to get into it.

I really want my show to be a positive place that people can go to escape the really, really hard world, which

we live in. That being said, Russia just invaded the Ukraine. And I don't really want to offer my opinion on it other than to say that death is horrible and there's a whole smattering of political stuff you get into.
