So tell me a little bit about your story and your intermittent fasting lifestyle that you've created for yourself.

And what does a day in the life look like for Star?

Well, just a real quick of what brought me to here. I have a, you know, a background.

I, the whole having kids being able to lose weight, gain the weight, lose the weight, you know,

with, with babies and stuff like that, was able to basically maintain my weight within my 20s,

hit my mid 30s, don't know what happened. I was a personal trainer,

CrossFit instructor, did it all. And then the weight just started like kind of packing on

at about 35-ish years old. And it just kept coming. And I feel like just every year, it was just

more and more. And I was getting to the point where I was basically obese. And it was a really hard spot to be at when you came from being basically fit most your life. So what brought me to fasting was like, I can't even help myself. I don't even know what to do anymore. I'm 210 pounds. This

doesn't make any sense. Like, I just felt like I was struggling so bad. I had a best friend
