In this episode, I'm going to walk you through an exercise called the Gut Level Teacher Reflection.

One of the most important things we can do to improve our practices teachers is to reflect on our work.

But we rarely set a side time to do that.

In 2014, I created an exercise I called the Gut Level Teacher Reflection,

and it's been downloaded by almost 2,000 people since then.

I thought it would be helpful if I also created an audio version of the reflection

so you can listen to the questions and think about them on the go.
