0:20.4	Welcome to Day 3 of Week 2 of the 23rd Psalm. We're going to start
0:24.3	from the beginning again. The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green

1:08.1	Okay. I'm not a super fearful guy. If you know anything about Kyle, he's not a
1:11.7	super fearful guy. Some people are more prone to worry and other people are not, okay? But according to
1:18.4	the Bible, fear is not a feeling. Fear is a spirit that does not come from God. Paul tells Timothy in 2 Timothy chapter 1 these words, he says,
1:30.0	God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of self-discipline.
1:36.4	And so if there is fear in you, then that does not come from God. Now let me distinguish. There's
1:42.0	the difference between being afraid or being
1:45.1	full of fear and just being scared. Scared is a feeling. Scared is a physiological reality that God has
1:51.0	given us so that we know that we can either fight or flight, you know. If the bear comes, it's okay to be
1:55.9	scared so you run away, all right? If there's lightning outside and you're scared so you can go get
1:59.8	in the house. Scared is a feeling and when you feel, when you feel scared, then what you do is by faith you
2:05.7	cowboy up and you take a step forward and that's called courage and we need some more men of
2:09.4	courage in the church. No problem. But fear is something different. Fear is when we are so
