One of the things I've written before that I remember sometimes is do less but do it deeply.

You know, because we get into the pattern of doing stuff consistently over and over and over.

And we're just not engaging with our lives on a very deep level whenever we do that.

You know, whenever we do that we're just on this surface

level of like just, I don't know, keeping up the momentum of our patterns. And it's like, sure, there are things that we have to do

like on a daily basis, of course.

But so much of it can be changed around, so much of it can be thought of in a different way,

and approach in different way.

So much of it can probably be let go.

And whenever we can then engage with like what we do in the day

with more like patience and expansiveness and openness than we actually get somewhere like

closer to what it means to be alive because we're you know whenever we're just going through our patterns all the time and kind of hurrying through life.

Like, I don't know, is that really living? I don't, it that really living I don't it is to some degree you know

But if we're just like checking off boxes perpetually then

I don't know.

You know, why live in that way whenever there's so much more available to us is I guess what I'm saying. But the problem is that we're lulled into that momentum of like fast

intense habits by our surroundings and so then we forget because we get used to what's happening around us and

we're okay this is normal and we just think it's normal because we forgot that

there's other ways to do things.

And so using whatever it is in your life that is a good reminder for that.
