The reason why is because when you're empty, what do you have to

give? You can actually see it as a cup. If my cup is empty, how do I give you anything? And I made a shift

slowly and then more and more over time of being like, I will prioritize myself and not in a

selfish way. And I want to be more selfless. And in a I want to be more selfless and in order for me to be more

We have a little puppy.

We have a little puppy, and she's joining us on the podcast.

We got her a couple days ago.

She's so cute, but she just woke up, and so she's going to join us.

We have no choice.

She just wants to cuddle.
