Happy Thursday sister. I am so excited to bring you today's podcast episode because we are talking about

Rest and I have to tell you why this this topic is coming up and it's because well yesterday I was going to a photo shoot and I was on my way to get my hair done and running a few minutes late you know just a few minutes late, you know, just a few minutes.

So I'm driving there and there's a construction zone and it said 45

and double the speeding fine and I thought, well, surely if I go 53 miles an hour it's fine right?

Wrong got pulled over got a speeding ticket it is what it is.

Well then today I was driving home and all the sudden I got an

alert on my car that said check your air tire pressure something's wrong and I'm like what the heck and so I got home and I

checked the tire and it was basically completely flat just gushing air and I

thought to myself wow God must really want me to slow down.

So today, my loves, we are taught, so this episode is dedicated to my car. You know what I'm saying? Like my car

rest in peace. Speeding tickets, flat tire, also all of a sudden the emissions

light went on it was like the Lord does not want me to go there's no more going happening

so we're going to talk about three ways to build in rest without losing

momentum in your business because I know that that's really what you're afraid of

I know that you're afraid that if you stop moving, the whole thing comes crumbling down around you. You're kind of asking yourself, is this real? And maybe you're really relying on your own strength right now

to try to grow this business to try to make this happen to try to get that

podcast launched or to get that course finished or whatever it is you're working on

and you think that if you stop and you rest

the whole thing is just gonna implode but I'm here to tell you that

God created rest and he did it for a reason and it's our actual obedience to rest and so that's what
