Summary

Here’s a crazy truth: About one in three American adults already have pre-diabetes and as many as 84% of them have NO IDEA.  The problem is that most doctors are misinforming (or mistreating!) people who are in the pre-diabetic range–which makes it harder to overcome as time goes on even though the condition is completely reversible.   This starts to show up as cognitive decline, an increased risk of heart disease, damage to blood vessels in the eyes–and eventually, full-blown diabetes.  Catch today’s potentially life-saving podcast for all the signs of pre-diabetes, how to test for it properly, and what you can do to reverse it FAST–and learn: What your HA1C is telling you (and why you should listen!)
