don't you give everybody a little rundown on who you are so they can get to know you better?

Yeah, absolutely. My name is James Wise and I am part owner of the Holton Wise Property Group.

What we do is we're a commercial and residential real estate brokerage. We also do property

management, constructions, and we have a hand in insurance. What we do a little bit differently

than most of your traditional brokers is we sell

properties here in the Cleveland area but we don't go after just the local Cleveland

area buyers and sellers.

We go after a national market.
