and I'm going to teach you all about skin cycling. Do you know what skin cycling is? Because it

took me a little while to learn about it. Turns out I've been doing it, but not knowing that it was

called skin cycling. But skin cycling is trending. This is a simple, a very effective routine

you can incorporate into your skincare regimen to boost and amplify the results of your

skincare products. And this has recently been so popular on TikTok, one of my colleagues, Dr. Whitney

And basically skin cycling is this routine of rotating your skin care in order to reduce

irritation from really potent ingredients like salicylic acid, glycic, glycic acid, and retinoles.

And we cycle through a phase of step one, exhalating, step two,

allowing the skin to recuperate and regenerate. Step four, kind of moisturizing and allowing
