0:16.2	Just check it in. I feel like this was like an intense, intense week. So just no
0:22.6	we're thinking about you. We're sending you a lot of love and you're probably not the only one
0:27.3	that's feeling the intensity. Yeah, truly an intense season. I feel like, you know, I
0:34.0	maybe naturally with the changing of seasons, people feel a certain way, but then with everything
0:38.2	just going on, it's like you don't know which way is up and you also don't know what is
0:45.2	personally you or just what you're taking on outside of you. So yeah, we're definitely thinking
0:52.5	of you. We recently had a session with Kiki, our resident healer of sorts recommended by
1:01.6	Aaron, our guest today. I mean, truly changed our, I feel like the recommendation from Aaron to work
1:08.4	with Kiki, change their trajectory of how we work. I think for anyone, if you're a business owner
1:15.4	or if you're someone, you know, that's even in the corporate world. I think having long standing
1:20.1	relationships and support was like the huge thing. I remember end of last year, it was like,
1:25.7	okay, what is your support system for the up level that you seek? And I had never thought about
1:30.8	that. You know, I never thought about creating like standard supports for us as business owners,
1:37.2	for us personally, for us spiritually, so that we could really grow into the people that we wanted
1:43.5	to. And when you think about more often like that person, that version of you that you seek to be,
1:48.4	that person that you really would love or desire to be what sort of support do they have or what
1:52.9	are they doing each and every day or what are they doing monthly. And for us, that was having Kiki,
1:58.0	our healer work with us at least twice a month. And then also having our coach Aaron Rose, who
2:03.9	is on the podcast today, having our personal therapy, etc. But having Kiki as that like spiritual
2:09.5	warrior has been so cool. And I think it's been a lot of, I think it's a huge reason for like the
2:18.4	clarity or the, yeah, the clarity of the energy of almost 30 that I've felt this year and really the
