0:25.0	That it in its present city is hard to debate.
0:29.5	But after the pain dissipates, there's always a gift left behind.
0:34.0	Some wisdom, some nugget, some stronger you, some resolution, some conclusion about life.
0:42.0	It leaves a gift behind as long as you do not get stuck within a pathology of pain and fail to evolve and get bitter instead of better.
0:52.0	That's an interesting way to put it, getting stuck within the pathology of pain.
0:57.0	You often see people try to use a victim strategy to move forward.
1:04.0	I was a victim, so now I should get mine.
1:09.0	I think that's a very, when they're suffering, there's almost two ways to get out of it.
1:13.0	One is to say, okay, I'm a victim.
1:16.0	And then there's the other side, which is what you're saying, which is, you know, explore what the gift is.
1:22.0	When you're sitting in the middle of it, though, it of course does not feel like you could get out of it.
1:28.0	Yeah, right.
1:29.0	You know, somebody asked me how to use survive crushing.
1:33.0	I said, you have no choice.
1:35.0	Nobody wants to be crushed.
1:37.0	Nobody wants to be crucified.
1:39.0	Nobody wants to suffer.
