our lives. So can you tell us a little bit more about what that looks like, what led you to this

in general? Yeah, so I think the thing that's really interested me over the years since I was

very, very young was seeing people respond to stress in different ways. Sometimes, I saw people

who are the people who are the people we look up to most in life, right? These extreme athletes

at great minds who overcame, when you would listen to their stories about their lives,

they overcame tremendous challenges in their lives that pushed them to grow and adapt and to

really test what they were capable of as humans. And that really inspired me to think about how

some of us don't wind up in making that leap, right? We wind up getting pushed down by stress.

And sometimes even the same people who wind up achieving greatness or what we look at as greatness

in human society also have other times where they were not able to overcome or had challenge,

you know, regret challenge challenges overcoming a stressful experience. And so that always interested
