that he didn't know how to cope when a transfer to a new team made him a top dog.

However, the idea that people expected him to always succeed was more stressed than he could handle.

He began to sabotage his own sports career.

I'm delighted to bring you our featured guest, Dr. Don McDonald. Welcome, Don.

Hi, how are you, Don? Just doing great. Don, are you using your talents doing work that you love?

Yes, I am. All righty, we want to hear the whole story. Dr. Don has spent 17 years in the health

and wellness industry as a chiropractor. It was from his position at the adjusting table that he

noticed a common frustration developing into a major stressor in the lives of many patients. He

identified it as the underdog, and they couldn't seem to break out of it. It stopped people from living their

lives and often strip them of true happiness. He's now a life coach and motivational speaker

who dedicates his time to empowering people with a new inspiring information regarding success,

health, and his first love. His new book is The Underdog Curse. Don, that's a summary of your career. Take just a minute and tell our listeners around the world what you're up to now that has you engaged and excited, if you would, please. Well, I guess the biggest thing is my engagement and excitement in the moment is just the release of my brand new book. And I think it's been kind of a lifetime. People always ask, how long does it take to write the book? And I said about 45 years because it's kind of a sum total of my whole life. And so I'm pretty excited to share that with people. Yeah, so actually from start to finish, how long did you take you to get it done? Actually, once I made the decision, it took me 10 months. Oh, wonderful. But I was pretty disciplined. I had an

accountability partner to kind of keep me staying on track because if I tried three times before to

write a book and just do it with my own motivation and none of them ever got finished.
