Well, I guess the biggest thing is my engagement and excitement in the moment is just the release of my brand new book. And I think it's been kind of a lifetime. People always ask, how long does it take to write the book? And I said about 45 years because it's kind of a sum total of my whole life. And so I'm pretty excited to share that with people. Yeah, so actually from start to finish, how long did you take you to get it done? Actually, once I made the decision, it took me 10 months. Oh, wonderful. But I was pretty disciplined. I had an

accountability partner to kind of keep me staying on track because if I tried three times before to
