In her time at Surge, Erin has shepherded significant growth in strategic shifts, including

the growth of the Surge chapter network to over 175 local groups working on issues of

policing, mass incarceration, and immigration.

On the launch of Surge's electoral organizing programs and the robust centering of an expansion
