1:04.6	She brings over a decade of experience running grassroots campaigns for economic, racial
1:08.6	and environmental justice and building organizations to enable transformative organizing.
1:13.7	In her time at Surge, Erin has shepherded significant growth in strategic shifts, including
1:18.4	the growth of the Surge chapter network to over 175 local groups working on issues of
1:23.2	policing, mass incarceration, and immigration.
1:27.0	On the launch of Surge's electoral organizing programs and the robust centering of an expansion
1:32.7	of Surge's organizing in poor and working-class rural and southern communities.
1:37.4	And I will say, as a member of the Showing Up for Racial Justice National Leadership
