Hello, hello and welcome back to the podcast. Wow, it feels like a while since I've

podcasted. I am recording for the first time in a few weeks because I had kind of batched up before heading up to NorCal. And I got back this week. I was up there for almost two weeks, actually. On my way up to Tahoe. I hosted a retreat for the women who

were in the seven figure mastermind that I ran the first six months of the year. So we had our

celebratory retreats last weekend. And it was so much fun, so much fun. It was so nice to be in person with people again.

And it was such a magical weekend.

This is what I just love about retreats.

You know, it's only a few days.

But the level of transformation that can happen in just a few focused days is unreal.

And it was just so cool to see how everyone had shifted even more and opened up just by the end of of the three days. So yeah,

my heart is so full after that. It was it was so incredible. Unfortunately, not everybody could

make it. So we missed the girls that couldn't come. But it was it incredible. Unfortunately, not everybody could, couldn't make it. So we missed to the girls that

couldn't come. But it was, it was such a great weekend. And I would love to do more retreats in

the future. It's, it's been a while since I got to do that. And I'm excited to kind of open that up again. So that's what I've been up to.

Lots of, lots of driving. I actually love driving. I love long drives. I don't know. I get so relaxed

from them and I always get my best ideas on long drives. So I like them. But what's
