I am here with my trusty, sidekick Kelsey, who assists in my open throat center problems of needing some energy

to bounce out off of. Hello, Kelsey. How are you? I'm doing well. How are you doing? You know, I'm hanging in

there. I will say, so I'm in NorCal right now on my way, traveling up to Tahoe slowly but surely.

I'm hosting a retreat up there this weekend.

I'm really excited about, but I am in NorCal and yeah, you know, the energy is tough for me here.

It's tough for me here to say the least.

Like you can just, I mean, I've noticed this from the different places.

I've been in the last few months, but everywhere you go, the energy is just palpably different.

And to be quite honest, the Bay Area feels like so much fear. It feels so heavy here in different ways.

And it's, I mean, I can feel it.

And yeah, it's kind of wild how, I mean, I would imagine if somebody lived here,

if you went on a weekend trip to a very different place, I would just be curious how you feel energetically and with

the different thoughts that are coming up. You know, a lot of people don't realize how much

the energy of the collective around them. Ways on them. Really weighs on them. Yeah. And I also find that a lot more people
