Summary

On November 24, 2007, 33 year old Mandy Stokes was seen having an argument with her brother Aaron outside of their shared apartment in Oakland, California. According to Aaron, she later left to run errands, and she was never seen again. Neighbors would later report that the fight had been heated and aggressive and nobody but Aaron actually saw her leave. And after she's reported missing, Aaron refused to let the police search the apartment. All signs point to Aaron as being responsible for Mandy's disappearance, but the authorities lack the evidence to charge him. So what happened? And Where. The Hell. Is Mandy??
