Welcome to Get Rich Education, episode 45. I'm your host, Keith Weinhold. Today we're going where we haven't gone before. We're talking about the

dealing with tenants portion of property management, which I always say should be called tenant management.

So the polish, the luster is off the show today.

Number one is the general real estate investor

or turnkey real estate investor that doesn't want to do it themselves,

turnkey provider property manager does. And the second audience is, hey, this is episode two out of two

of the fourplex show. When I describe interactions with tenants and properties, all reference

dealing with such in a fourplex sometimes, although this could often refer

to any size of property. Of course, you could have hybridized interests here too. Maybe you want to
