Hey everyone, welcome to Pink Shade with Aaron Martin, the podcast where we talk about reality TV and we get a little bit culty.

I am still riding high from the 90-day fiance episode we witnessed this week. It was only an hour long followed by the 90-day live show which I was on for a brief stint and which was kind of too many people maybe.

If you guys watched it, you know what I mean? I think TLC if they ever do the 90-day live thing again needs to reformat it and I think they will, they're probably getting a lot of feedback about that.

But you know, it's a beta. It's the first time ever, the first time they did it, it was a huge undertaking. I mean, I alone had to work with producers for two weeks to get everything set up for my little part and that's what everyone else had to do as well.

So, you know, kudos to them for throwing it together and I hope that we see a even better version, a tighter version, a kind of more in-depth version next time and I would love to be a part of it again. I actually had a lot of fun.

And I love my pink shade friends. Thank you so much for supporting me. I was nervous going into it. I really was. It was funny. It's like with everything in life.

And this is, this is how my brain works. I don't know if you guys feel like this, but I would have rather be told 30 minutes before I'm going to do something big that I'm going to do something big.

Because if you tell me two weeks ahead of time that I'm going to do this quote unquote big thing, those two weeks are then ruined for me because I'm going to be in my head. I'm going to be swirling around. I'm going to be getting everyone's opinions.

I'm going to be like talking about it nonstop and my anxiety by the end of those two weeks is going to be through the roof.

But then when I'm actually, you know, talking on the radio when I go on the show with Jenny McCarthy every week and I will be back this week. I'll be back Thursday.

Listen in serious XM. We're doing housewives round up and 90 day. So, but when I go on the radio or when I do the podcast, you know, an interview with someone who I'm, I'm really, you know, humbled by which is basically all of you.

Or, you know, this TV thing, which was a first time gig for me. I'm fine when I'm doing it. Like I, all my nerves go away. I just feel like I'm gabbing because what I really love to do is talk about this stuff.

So the moment is never as bad as thinking about it. So I guess what I'm saying is I wish that I could have like a sci-fi black mirror type of device that could just, you know, block out all thinking up to the point of doing.

That would be really great. Or maybe I just need to meditate. I don't know. People tell me that all the time and, you know, friends lovingly suggest.

And maybe you should try meditation because I'm a little high strong. And maybe that would help me out. If you guys meditate out there, tell me, does it work for you?

I tried it before and I'm such a nut bag. I can barely do it. Which, which you know, tells me that I need to do it. So yeah, anyway, 90 day lab was fun for me. And I really hope that, like I said, they turned it into something a little bit different.

And, you know, maybe do it a couple months from now. It's certainly not going to be something they do every week. I think we're going to be back with the two hour episodes.

And most exciting of all, we are going to get before the 90 days soon. We're going to see the return of Paul and Karini and the return of Jesse and Darcy.

I mean, that was insane. Did you guys notice something? Did you notice it was a rental that the family shantel was hosting their quote family dinner in? I thought that was really suspect.
