So you're the guy. Like, you're the go-to guy. If I'm an actor or an athlete, and someone says,

Appreciate the compliment. You know, it was probably my love from passion for fitness at a

really young age. I went off to play college baseball. I had dreams of trying to move on from

there. When that didn't work out for me, I was so connected to fitness. I really felt like I

was minoring in nutrition and weightlifting when I was in college. It was just even my coaches,

like, do the program you want to do. It was always, he just knew where my head was when it came

to research, and I was in a good place. So when I graduated college, I went and I worked in a

big box gym for a year, cleaned up weights, the things I needed to do back in 1999.

I then in 2000 broke off, opened my own one-on-one training business, started doing pretty well,
