Head coach John Harbaugh today spoke to the media at the league owners meetings in Phoenix, Arizona, spoke for about 30 minutes.

I am joined by none other than the Clifton Brown, who was in Phoenix and was seated right to the right of head coach John Harvall during this press conference.

What do you call this, Cliff?

Media scrum, breakfast scrum, what do you call this one?

Yeah, this was more like a media all-out blitz.

This is the breakfast blitz?

Yes, breakfast blitz. I like that.

We've seen a lot of blitzers on the field, but that was the blitz at the media breakfast

this morning. The crowd, the media crowd around John Harbaugh continued to swell as he continued to answer questions.

It was really an interesting scene, one that I thought he handled very, very well,

considering the circumstances and subject matter.

But yes, he was the center of attention at the AFC coaches media breakfast.

There were other coaches who had one or two people around them, casually talking about whatever.

Head coach John Hallwall did not have that luxury this morning.

You were saying it was the Wink Martindale Breakfast Blitz.

Unrelinging.

Yeah, Wink would have been proud of some of the media,

changing positions, disguising what questions they were going to ask.

It was an impressive display, yes.
