Summary
Meditate as you're guided to overcome too much attachment to your ego. You'll have the option to focus on your fifth chakra as you are guided in this meditation to be true to who you are. You'll focus on your authentic self as we explore this week's theme of, "Be True to Who You Are." One of the greatest benefits of meditation is that it helps you become more authentic with yourself. But what if you feel so out of touch with yourself that you're not really sure who you are anymore? Each episode in this week's meditation series will help you tap into your true inner nature. This is part 5 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Being True to Who You Are Episodes 433-439. Every single episode will offer you a different meditation technique to be true to yourself. As always, you don't have to do the meditation technique -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
