Bethany Ugarte from Lil Sipper on Instagram. Oh, man, Bethany and I have very similar

health histories. And I found her account when I was in college. She was one of the first

food bloggers that I really followed consistently. And we had

such a similar story. And at the time, I really didn't know of many other people who had a

similar health journey where she almost died from IBS and she had lost a ton of weight from

her gut issues. And for me, it just gave me a lot of hope to find somebody else who had gone
