to be with you today. Great to have you, and I'm curious, what's the why behind this book for you?

I think the why is really connected and rooted in the importance and something that we haven't

really been given a lot of understanding around, and that's ourselves, right? We don't really

haven't been taught from the time that we come onto this earth and tell the time that we leave.

No one really focuses on the individual self, like truly focuses on getting better acquainted

with who we are. I think we do a really good job as human beings of connecting with others.

I think that's really, we're taught that, and you know, people support that,

but when it comes to really knowing who we are as individuals as self and being curious with

ourselves, we're not great with that. So when we ask, when you ask about the why of the book,

it is about finding the ability to be curious with self, the one way that you can know something

better is to be curious about it. Never be all knowing about anything, even about yourself.

So that's really the connected to the why of the book is that better being better acquainted

And we don't teach that in school these days. No, we don't. No, and I think that's probably by design,
