0:57.0	Can you please tell me a little bit about the business you work for?
1:00.0	Yeah, so it's actually central cooling heating. Sorry.
1:03.0	And family-owned business. We've been around since 1966. I've been here myself for 34 years.
1:12.6	Did you start out there at that same company?
1:15.6	Yeah. Yeah. Wow. The whole professional career has been here.
1:20.6	Started out as a service technician and worked my way up. But getting back to us, we're a residential HVAC contractor, so about 75
1:30.5	employees. As you said, we're about 10 miles north of Boston. And we do an area probably about
1:37.9	20 miles around north of Boston, let's say. Is it mostly service work or is it equipment replacement or new systems?
1:47.3	Is it a mix?
1:48.5	About a third of the business is service.
1:52.0	And then the other two thirds are replacement type work.
