Summary

A walking meditation for healing. Many times the loss of a loved one, a job, a home, your health, or your career, can leave you reeling in shock and denial. In this guided meditation you will be guided during a walk to mange how you react to your loss. You can also do this meditation seated inside. As always, I encourage you to open a window as you meditate. This is the final episode of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Healing From Loss, Episodes 436-432. Every single episode will offer you a different meditation technique to heal from loss, and to send compassion to others. As always, you don't have to do the meditation technique -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation. For free meditation tools to help you start meditating please head over to my website at www.SipandOm.com, and there you'll find a multitude of free resources to help you on your Meditation Journey.
