So just briefly tell us up real quick of how you got into this story and how you got into fitness and fasting and weight loss.

Yeah, so I grew up here in Central California.

Dad was a medical doctor. Mom was a nurse. I already kind of had that healthy upbringing,

at least as healthy as you can be at that time period.

And I just ended up down here in Orange County for school with a business major.

I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur and, you know, run my own business.

And, you know, years of different jobs and ended up, you know, loving personal training.

I was already doing that on the side. Got all my certification. So, you know, loving personal training. I was already doing that on the side,

got all my certifications. So, you know, got enough money and just went for it.

It opened up my own gym. And that was about 14 years ago. And since then, just, you know,

a rocky entrepreneurship ride of doing business in California and expanding with some investors and then kind of all the different law changes
