And construction is people.

It's, you know, hundreds of people building, whether it was in the 1920s or in the

2011 when it was built, you've got people building.

So it's incredibly important that the building process is managed and quality control is there.

So I went looking to see what you all do, and I went to your company's website, and it became clear you work on very big, difficult projects.

You work with developers and homeowners associations to fix defects like bad roofs, bad exterior detailing and stucco.

You do big projects and fancy hotels that are open for business.

Can you please talk about your firm's work? It's a big company, right, with multiple offices.

So, Patrick, I love that you've done your research. Thank you. Once your mind opens up to our

world, you actually, you go through your journey, which is you realize how large of a construction industry is, which is the reconstruction industry, and repairing occupied space buildings.

And that's really where Ari got our start. In 2001, reconstruction experts began in Colorado. Now we're currently in California, Colorado, Texas, and now Florida, where there's a lot of

occupied space.
