Summary
Meditation to empower yourself when you experience loss. Many times the loss of a loved one, a job, a home, your health, or your career, can leave you reeling in shock and denial. In this guided meditation you will be guided using a visualization meditation with your fifth chakra to mange how you react to your loss. This is Part 5 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Healing From Loss, Episodes 436-432. Every single episode will offer you a different meditation technique to heal from loss, and to send compassion to others. As always, you don't have to do the meditation technique -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
