most recent trip, her annual sister's trip with her sister Julie. There was five cities planned, four cities visited, and we're going to find

out how points and miles made a medical emergency more bearable. So first off Pam, tell us where you

went and how you got there. I think this was one of the best redemptions, and I had to be really flexible.

My sister and I knew that we wanted to go to Europe. That was the plan, is that we were going to go

to Europe somewhere. And so I used 88,000 ANA miles for a business class flight from EWR, which is in New Jersey, to London Heathrow.

So basically what I did is I took American Express membership rewards and transferred them to A&A for this round-trip business flight. It is an

amazing deal. I mean, seriously, it's 44K each way. I mean, that's just amazing. And I flew on

United Polaris business. And that is a product that I really like. I like United. I know it's controversial.
