Summary
Ali & Roark start to tackle a big topic this week: feeling anxious. Dating can (and does) frequently cause anxious thoughts and feelings, so Ali & Roark start the multi-episode series by discussing some tried-and-true anxiety management strategies they use. Then, they discuss the situations leading up to a first date that make listeners anxious ranging from wondering if their date will find them attractive to stressing about finding a parking spot.
