0:20.2	All right, man, welcome back to Psalm 23. Again, one of the most famous
0:25.0	Psalms in all of the world, even if you're brand new to Bible study. You've heard this one.
0:29.3	And today we're going to talk about why so many people probably like this song, Psalm,
0:34.8	why so many people love it and why we're probably very, very wrong.
0:40.7	Again, we're going to read the first three verses. The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want.
0:47.5	He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me besides still waters. He restores my soul.
0:54.1	He leads me in paths waters. He restores my soul.
0:56.9	He leads me in paths of righteousness.
1:00.0	And there's a little bit more to that verse we'll come back to.
1:02.8	I think this is why so many people love this Psalm.
1:07.8	Because you get to this point of the Psalm and you begin to think, wow, God's really into me.
1:09.4	Now, let me be perfectly clear.
1:11.9	God loves you.
1:13.8	God is for you.
1:15.3	Anybody that it dies for you is for you, but it's not all about you.
1:21.9	And you're like, I don't know, pastor.
1:23.0	If you look at the Psalm, he's really into me.
1:25.1	I mean, he's making me lie down by green pastures and he's leading me
